Strawberry Shorycakes... mmmmm.

  2. Angel food cake mix. It calls for 3/4 cup Angel Food, 1/2 a cup of water. Mix for like 2 minutes (I hand mixed it, but it calls for electric). Then put in baking cup liners (mandatory apparently) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool. Cover them with sugar-free strawberry jam. Put a small amount of cool whip and then a strawberry. DELICIOUS!
